Zynuz Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zynuz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

Zynuz provides a cloud-based platform that allows users to:

  • Create invoices, quotations, and receipts
  • Manage business documents
  • Track tasks and notes
  • Organize project workflows
  • Maintain client records

Zynuz may introduce additional features over time.

3. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify Zynuz immediately of unauthorized access

Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use Zynuz for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the system
  • Upload malicious software
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Generate fraudulent documents

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

  • Software
  • Designs
  • Templates
  • Branding
  • Documentation

are owned by Zynuz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the data they create on the platform.

6. User Content

Users may upload content including:

  • Documents
  • Logos
  • Business information
  • Notes and files

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and share such content. Zynuz does not claim ownership of user content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require subscription payments. Users agree that:

  • Fees are billed according to selected plans
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Subscription plans may change with notice

8. Service Availability

Zynuz strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynuz shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business revenue
  • Data loss due to user actions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of critical documents.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in abusive or fraudulent activities
  • Compromise system integrity

Users may also close their accounts at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

Zynuz may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Zynuz operates.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users may not use Zynuz to:

  • Impersonate other businesses

Malicious Content

Users must not upload or distribute:

  • Malware
  • Ransomware
  • Phishing materials
  • Harmful scripts

Enforcement

Zynuz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.


Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases made on Zynuz.

Subscription Plans

Zynuz may offer:

  • Monthly plans

  • Usage-based billing

Subscription details are displayed before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Service unavailability caused by platform failure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Partial subscription usage
  • Change of mind after purchase

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Availability

Zynuz targets: 99.5% monthly uptime.

This excludes:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Infrastructure outages outside our control
  • Force majeure events

Maintenance

Maintenance windows may occur during low traffic periods. Users will be notified when possible.

Electronic Documents Disclaimer

Zynuz provides tools to generate digital documents. Users are responsible for ensuring generated documents comply with:

  • local business laws
  • tax regulations
  • contractual requirements

Zynuz does not provide legal or accounting advice.

Financial Disclaimer (Future Zendbill Integration)

If financial services are integrated later:

  • Financial services may be provided by licensed partners.
  • Zynuz itself does not hold customer funds unless explicitly stated.

Users must review the terms of the payment provider.

Security Reporting Policy

If you discover a security vulnerability in Zynuz, please report it responsibly.
